Case Packer, Drop Packing System for Bags
The Drop Packing System for Bags is an automatic case loading system that is designed to collate bags and drop pack them into
ship-ready cases. This case packer is designed to maximize overall production while reducing labor costs. The drop packing system for bags goes through four steps. First is the filled and sealed bags are indexed through a diverter towards
the drop packing station. After which, they will be transferred to the case indexing station where the case indexer ensures the cases are
ready and waiting for the signal that the bags can be loaded.
The third step is when bags will be arranged based on the pack pattern and as well as staged to prepare it for the loading process. Lastly,
the finished cases loaded with product(s) will be neatly discharged from the machine. Its user features include a color touchscreen,
smart conveyor, and a pouch orientator. For the service features, it has interlocked doors, Nema 4 enclosures, and SMC pneumatic
Drop Packing System for Container & Jugs
The second and last case packer is the Drop Packing System for Container & Jugs designed to collate containers and jugs and
drop pack them into ship-ready cases. It also offers the same production efficiency and reduced manual labor as the first case packer. This case packer operates by indexing the filled containers and jugs through a lane diverter
towards the drop packing station. The process continues with a product collation wherein product is arranged by pack pattern and is
staged for case loading. The containers or jugs are now dropped with precision into the case that came from the drop gate. Finally, the
containers or jugs are discharged to travel downstream to the case sealer. It includes features like a color touchscreen, lane diverter,
and accurate drop gate grid to best serve its users while the interlocked doors, Nema 4 enclosures, and SMC pneumatic components
are included for serviceability.
