EndFlex offers a wide selection of automatic case erectors for tape. Robust in design, our carton tape machines are engineered to withstand even the toughest of the environment. Our product line of carton tape machine solutions include the following:

Boxxer T-Series

Our Boxxer T 12, T 18 and T XL case erectors are designed to transfer the knock-down RSC or HSC blank from the hopper magazine to the erecting station of the machine. The blank is then pulled with the use of vacuum cups and the two minor flaps are folded into the case and positively erected. After which, through the dual belt drives, the erected case is conveyed into the taping section of our carton tape machine. Next, the major flaps of the case are precisely plowed down and the tape is applied across it, sealing the bottom of the case squarely and lastly, discharging the carton from the machine.

Our Boxxer automatic case erectors are equipped with several features such as quick change-over, high capacity blank hopper, small footprint design minimizes floor space, a powered blank magazine available, and right or left-hand machine execution, to name a few. Available in three models, we have the following:

Boxxer T 12 – up to 12 cycles per minute
Boxxer T 18 – up to 18 cycles per minute
Boxxer T XL – up to 8 cycles per minute

Another product from our Boxxer T-series family is the Boxxer T2319 and Boxxer T4036 Case Erector Taper loads the RSC or HSC knocked-down blanks to the hopper. Next, the two minor and major flaps are folded into the box and the case is erected. Third, a tape head applies pressure sensitive tape to the outside of the major flaps. Lastly, the finished case is discharged from the machine.

Boxxer T2319 – up to 20 cartons per minute
Boxxer T4036 – up to 18 cycles per minute

EZTape Series

Our EZ Tape Case Sealers are known for their ease of use and adjustable feature. Available in both semi-automatic and automatic models, these carton tape machines can tape both the bottom and/or top of the case. Our product offerings are as follows:

EZTape CS-150 Automatic Random Case Loader and Top & Bottom Sealer is easy to use and can automatically adjust for cases that have different widths and height. This carton tape machine is equipped with heavy duty side-belt drives to achieve square cases and provide tight seals. It also has tool-less tape heads for accurate and consistent sealing and easily removable tape cartridges.

EZTape CS-A50 Semi-Automatic Uniform Top Case Sealer is another highly adjustable carton tape machine that tapes both the bottom and/or top of the case. It’s equipped with dual masts to ensure stability during the sealing process. With A50, size changeover is quick and easy. This case sealer comes with casters for portability and can work either independently or as part of a production line.

EZTape CS-C50 Automatic Uniform Case Closer and Top & Bottom Sealer feature easily removable tape cartridges for added convenience and tool-less heads for accuracy and consistency when sealing. Built with robust side-belt drives, this carton tape machine will guarantee you square cases and ensure that seals are tight and well-applied. Size change-over is also quick and easy and the entire unit is height adjustable.
