EndFlex Cartoner with ValTara Vision Guided PKR Delta to Pick and Place Bottles Into Cartoner

Demonstrating our turn-key carton loading and seal system for bottles, this integrated solution includes EndFlex vertical cartoner and closer as well as ValTara PKR vision guided robotic pick and place delta robot cell to gently place bottles into the carton.

EndFlex’s vertical cartoning machine, the Kartnr automatically forms chip board cartons and presents them to the Delta robot cell for automatic loading. The Delta robot cell included several different pack patterns and end effectors to accommodate the different bottle styles. Once loaded, the carton then enters the closing station where finished products are then ejected.

Pack patterns are easily recalled from the recipe list and the vision guided system with take a high resolution photo of the package prior to pick.
