PopLok XL TSF form & tuck tray former for large display trays

The PopLok XL-TSF is ideal for forming large and bulk product display trays. This former utilizes a servo-driven mechanism to individually feed corrugated blanks from an X-Lift hopper. Vacuum cups guide each blank through forming plows, which erect the side and end panels and fold the minor flaps. Pneumatically controlled bars then secure the roll-over flap before the finished tray is ejected.
