ValTara Vision Guided PKR Delta Dual Robot Cell to Pick and Place Clamshells Into Cases

Demonstrating our ValTara PKR vision guided robotic pick and place case packer to automatically load clamshells into corrugated cases. This dual delta robot cell receives plastic baking trays whereas the Delta robot with end effector will automatically pick the container and gently place into the case.

Engineered to be modular, the dual cells can be run simultaneously as one or separated as two, providing customers with the most flexibility. Pack patterns are easily recalled from the recipe list and the vision guided system with take a high resolution photo of the package prior to pick.
