EndFlex, a US based leader in end of line packaging automation, delivers the Boxxer T 2319, a case forming machine engineered for reliable RSC Regular Slotted Containers and HSC Half Slotted Containers production. Designed for operations running defined packaging formats, the system provides consistent case erection and bottom tape sealing in a compact production ready footprint.

For applications requiring different case size ranges, EndFlex offers additional models within the Boxxer T Series including the Boxxer T 12, Boxxer T 18, and Boxxer T XL, each configured for specific dimensional requirements and production environments.

Engineered for defined case size applications

The Boxxer T-2319 is designed to operate within a specified case forming window, supporting manufacturers that run consistent or recurring packaging formats across production lines.

Formed case dimensional range includes length 6 inches to 15 inches, width 4.5 inches to 10 inches, and depth 5 inches to 11 inches. This controlled operating range supports consistent case quality and repeatable performance in continuous production environments where standardization is critical.

Knockdown blank compatibility

The system accommodates a defined range of corrugated blanks, allowing integration across commonly used packaging supply specifications.

Knockdown blank range includes length 10.5 inches to 25 inches and width 9.5 inches to 21 inches. This enables manufacturers to operate with flexibility in corrugated sourcing while maintaining consistent forming performance within the machine’s design parameters.

Compact machine footprint for line integration

The Boxxer T-2319 is engineered for efficient placement within modern end of line packaging systems where floor space and layout efficiency are key considerations.

Machine dimensions are length 8 feet 9 inches, width 8 feet 6 inches, and height 6 feet 4 inches. Its compact footprint supports integration into both new automation lines and existing packaging environments.

Consistent case forming and bottom tape sealing

The system automatically erects corrugated blanks into square, uniform cases and applies bottom tape sealing for secure closure. The design focuses on repeatable forming performance and dependable sealing across its defined operating range.

The Boxxer  T-2319 supports RSC Regular Slotted Containers and HSC Half Slotted Containers.

Utilities and integration

Designed for industrial packaging environments, the system supports standard utility requirements and straightforward integration into automated production lines.

Electrical requirement is 240 VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz for US configurations, with international electrical configurations available upon request. Air requirement is 22 SCFM at 80 PSI, equal to 633 L/min at 6 bar.

Part of the Boxxer T Series Family

The Boxxer T-2319 is part of EndFlex’s broader Boxxer T Series, which includes models such as the Boxxer T 12, Boxxer T 18, and Boxxer T XL, each designed to accommodate different case size requirements and production applications. This portfolio approach allows manufacturers to select systems aligned to their specific packaging specifications.

End of line packaging efficiency

With its defined case size capability, compact footprint, and consistent forming performance, the Boxxer T 2319 is suited for manufacturers seeking dependable case forming and sealing for standardized production environments. The system is designed to support stable operations and integrate effectively into EndFlex’s other automated end-of-line packaging lines including case packing and top sealing and palletizing.
